United Furniture Company warranties the original purchaser for a period of 2 years on Furniture products starting from the date of purchase.
Where applicable the particular warranty period will be specified along with the description of the Product on the Product description page.
If your furniture purchase appears to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, feel free to contact us to claim your warranty.
This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing of the furniture products. United Furniture company reserves the right to repair or replace defective products, at its sole discretion.

If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed.
There is no warranty coverage against neglect of necessary care, improper assembly, handling or abnormal use of products, unexpected acts of nature.
This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.
Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of its products for special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability, if any, of the company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.
