·       Pocketed spring with fabric topper having wire diameter of 2.1 mm. Reduces partner disturbance and adjust’s to the user’s body contours. ·       King Koil mattress comes with the revolutionary German Mega Foam Technology manufacturing process that eliminates the use of those chemicals that can affect the environment. Mega Foam with its unique open cell structure ensures perfect air circulation and ideal transport of moisture. This guarantees zero heat buildup on the foam surface and promises tranquil sleep. ·       SUPERIOR EDGE SUPPORT Spring units are supported by Perimeter Wire Frame which prevents ‘edge sagging’ resulting in 20% more sleeping surface. ·       All raw materials used in manufacture of King Koil mattresses  are imported from Western Europe or USA ·       The flanging of top and the bottom panel of the mattress is done using a special Tekton fabric imported from USA. The top and bottom panels are then fixed to the spring unit using hog rings. The Tekton fabric ensures that the panel remains tightly fixed to the spring unit throughout the life of the mattress. This ensures that there is no slippage of the fabric while mattress is in use which can cause inconvenience and generate noise. The use of Tekton Fabric in the flanging thus gives the user undisturbed sleep.
